SocialMuse Digital Marketing Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides manual Instagram outreach and visibility support services to clients (“you”, “your”).

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Our services consist of manual outreach actions on Instagram to increase visibility, profile exposure, and interest from relevant audiences.

We do not use automated bot software, scraping tools, or any methods that simulate artificial activity.

Results can vary and depend on multiple external factors including Instagram algorithms and content quality.

3. Client Responsibilities

You represent that you are the lawful owner or authorised user of the Instagram account you provide, and you will ensure the account complies with Instagram’s Terms of Service.

You agree not to:
• Provide false account credentials
• Request prohibited activities
• Attempt to manipulate platform systems

We may refuse service or terminate if unsafe or prohibited activities are requested.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a 30-day cycle.

Subscriptions:
• Renew automatically every 30 days
• Can be cancelled anytime before the renewal date
• Are prepaid

Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.

5. Risk-Free Period

We offer a 14-day risk-free period for new customers.
If you are dissatisfied within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund.

Refunds outside this period are not guaranteed.

6. No Performance Guarantees

We do NOT guarantee:
• Specific follower counts
• Specific revenue outcomes
• Instagram algorithm performance

Service is provided on a best-effort basis focused on visibility and targeted engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the current service period.
We are not liable for platform actions (e.g., restrictions, policy changes) beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
